By accessing CodeKraft services, software products, or purchasing customized engineering, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Commercial terms & proposals
All bespoke consulting and development work is executed under agreed scope documents with milestone deliveries and fixed timelines.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full settlement of invoices, clients retain full ownership of bespoke artifacts, source code, and delivered documentation.
4. Limitation of liability
In no event shall CodeKraft be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime or service integrations.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
